***NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BEST VALUE GRANT*** In accordance with the State Comptroller's Procurement-Contracts Policy for State Grants, Federal Sub-Grants and Subsidies, dated September 8, 2014, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection ("MassDEP") is publishing this notice of its intent to make a Best Value Grant Award in the amount of $467,500.00 to the City of Boston for services related to the maintenance of the Children's Museum Wharf Park, in accordance with the Declaration of Trust for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Children's Museum Wharf Park Expendable Trust, as amended, and the February 20, 2018 Memorandum of Agreement between Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and City of Boston Regarding Reimbursement from the Children's Museum Wharf Park Expendable Trust ('MOA"). MassDEP's proposed Best Value Grant Award is also consistent with the conditions of Chapter 91 Waterways License Numbers 3339, 7732, 11438, and 13628.
