ENERGY STAR APPLICATION VERIFICATION The New Bedford Housing Authority invites written proposals from qualified LICENSED Professional Engineers (PE) or Registered Architects (RA) to verify its Energy Star Certification applications in conjunction with the EPA/HUD Better Building Challenge. NBHA # 063-2018. The Project consists of: verifying that the following criteria have been met: property use characteristics (including square footage of the building); energy data (Energy Star Portfolio Manager); and indoor environmental quality has been met. Architects and/or Engineers are encouraged to use the enclosed form for Bid. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30B. Fee for this service is not to exceed $.005 to $.01 per square footage. Quotes must be received before 4:00 p.m. NOVEMBER 25, 2019, 2018. Quotes may be hard delivered or mailed to New Bedford Housing Authority 128 Union Street 4th floor, New Bedford, MA 02740 or Email to susan.roderick@nbha-ma.orq or modteam@nbha-ma.org and should be received no later than the date and time specified above.
