Item # 1:   ( 77-10  -  15 )   The Office of Court Management, Facilities Management and Capital Planning Department seeks a vendor to provide an assessment of the indoor environmental quality conditions at the Roderick L. Ireland Courthouse located at 50 State Street, Springfield, MA and Hampden Juvenile Court located at 80 State Street, Springfield, MA respectively. The purpose of the assessment is to investigate potential sources or conditions that may adversely affect occupant health. Vendor must then analyze data, furnish a report and present findings to the Commonwealth complete with recommendations for addressing and resolving identified issues, if any.
