This Station Access Market and Demand Study is intended to provide the MBTA with a framework to make informed tradeoffs between bicycle and automobile investment. This multimodal study requires a team with interdisciplinary capabilities. Expertise in parking data collection, bicycle/pedestrian counts, market analysis, future travel demand projections, financial analysis, conceptual parking design, innovative parking strategies, Geographic Information System (GIS), and graphics will all be essential to successfully execute this project. This study will be coordinated with, and build upon, the analysis and recommendations associated with the MBTA Alewife Parking Study.
