Repairs. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary for equipment repairs and related services at all school buildings as directed by the City. All work shall be performed by a licensed repair technician. Preventative Maintenance. The Contractor shall perform annual and semiannual preventative maintenance measures to assure proper operation and extend the lifecycle of the equipment.
