This project includes demolition of existing water damaged wood gymnasium floor, demolition and disposal of carpet, abatement of existing VAT tiles, installation of new VCR floor, moisture testing existing underfloor to stay, Installation of a vapor barrier and partial concrete floor, installation of a new rubber gymnasium floor, and application of lines for basketball court. Project will bid in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30 Section 39M.
