The Town of Northborough, Massachusetts, acting through its Town Administrator, invites experienced professional cleaning services vendors to submit proposals to provide cleaning services at the Northborough Senior Center, Free Library, DPW Garage and Fire Station. Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) package will be available beginning Wednesday, November 4, 2026 by emailing DPW@town.northborough.ma.us or calling the DPW Office 508-393-5040 extension 6. Town Offices are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am-4pm, Tuesday 8am-7pm and Friday from 7am-12pm. The Town has scheduled a bidder conference for 9:30 a.m., Friday, November 13, 2026 that will begin at the Senior Center, 119 Bearfoot Road; please refer to the RFP for additional information. Sealed proposals shall be received by 2:00pm., Thursday, December 3, 2024 at the DPW office, 63 Main Street, Northborough. Late submissions will not be accepted. This RFP shall be governed by the requirements of MGL Chapter 30B, the Uniform Procurement Act. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids as determined to be in the best interests of the Town and to waive minor informalities.
