OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE FOR COURT INVOLVED INDIVIDUALS. SEE MEMO IN ATTACHMENTS SECTION. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of the Trial Court (EOTC) has identified a need for transportation services for court-involved individuals with substance use disorder, mental health conditions, and other conditions or circumstances which impact their ability to travel to treatment, programming, court, and other needs as determined by the Trial Court. This RFP seeks to provide transportation services across Massachusetts for court-involved individuals as determined by the Trial Court. These services will include on-demand and scheduled point to point and multipoint transportation
