The premises sought through this RFP will house a DMH Area Office as well as a DDS Administrative Office. The Department of Mental Health (DMH), as the State Mental Health Authority, assures and provides access to services and supports to meet the mental health needs of individuals of all ages; enabling them to live, work and participate in their communities. The Department of Developmental Services (DDS) works with adults to connect them with an array of employment and day program supports, community living and other residential aid, and family support. This office is expected to receive approximately 30 visitors per day.
