The premises sought through this RFP will house client/ customer service office of Massachusetts Teachers' Retirement System (MTRS). MTRS provides retirement services for public school teachers, administrators and employers in the four western counties and Worcester County. The services provided by the Western Regional office include: retirement counseling for MTRS members, retirement, disability and survivor benefits estimates and processing, service purchases, employer support and training and member education seminars. This office is expected to receive approximately 15 visitors per day.
