The Cape Light Compact JPE (Compact), is requesting proposals from qualified professionals to provide energy related services for Cape Light Compact's Commercial Retrofit, Commercial New Construction programs and Commercial Retrofit QA/QC Inspection services in alignment with the Compact's Three-Year Energy Efficiency Plan. The full request for proposals is now available on the Compact's website, www.capelightcompact.org/rfp and will be available through the proposal submission deadline set forth below. Proposals must be received via email to Margaret Song at msong@capelightcompact.org, on or before December 4, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. ET. No exceptions will be allowed. Proposals must be prepared in strict accordance with the instructions and requirements contained in the RFP. The Compact reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to waive any informalities contained therein. The Compact fully complies with federal, state, and local laws and directives governing equal opportunity, affirmative action and non discrimination in all Compact activities.
