The Greater Lawrence Technical School invites bids from qualified contractors interested in providing and installing a Geothermal HVAC system to include equipment, pipe, duct, and wire, in accordance with the conditions and specifications outlined in the invitation for bids (IFB) A contract shall be awarded to the responsive and eligible bidder offering the lowest total price. Mechanical Room Geothermal HVAC Installation will be available on October 28, 2026. To request a copy of the IFB you must email cburgos@glts.net or lhamel@glts.net. A Pre-Bid Site Visit will be held at 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2026. Interested bidders shall meet at the Greater Lawrence Technical School, 57 River Road, Andover, MA 01810. Sealed bids shall be mailed or hand delivered to the Greater Lawerence Technical School Facilities Department, 57 River Road, Andover, MA 01810 no later than 11:00 a.m. on November 19, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted.
