The Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) is requesting flat rate fixed price bids for the performance of HVAC and Ice Machine Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service for properties in Reading, North Reading, and Wilmington, MA. Flat rate fixed price bids shall include all labor, testing equipment, materials, disposal fees, permits, travel and/or vehicle fees, etc., for the performance of HVAC and Ice Machine Preventative Maintenance and Repair Service. Scheduled maintenance service will include quarterly testing and inspection of equipment, cleaning, alignment, calibration, and lubrication per manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the condition and operating efficiency necessary to ensure proper function.
