The Town of Westminster seeks sealed bids for replacement of two existing gas-fired boilers at Forbush Memorial Library, 118 Main Street, Westminster, MA. Work includes installation of two new boilers in an adjacent room, associated piping, venting, electrical and controls modifications, dehumidification, removal and disposal of existing boilers, permits, inspections, startup and testing. Completion is required as soon as feasible, weather permitting. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held November 2, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Library. Bids are due November 12, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Town Administrator's Office, 11 South Street, Room 205, Westminster, MA 01473. Prevailing wages apply.
