The Town of Truro, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed proposals from qualified firms for Town of Truro Walsh Master Planning Services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, Sec 6. The Request for Proposals (RFP), including specifications and submission requirements will be available beginning November 5, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. To obtain the RFP electronically, email rroughley@truro-ma.gov. Sealed proposals must be received no later than December 8, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Truro Town Hall, 24 Town Hall Road, PO Box 2030, Truro, MA 02666. Price and non-price proposals must be submitted separately in the manner specified in the RFP. Late proposals will not be accepted. Questions must be submitted in writing to Rebecca Roughley at rroughley@truro-ma.gov no later than December 1, 2026, at 4:00 pm. Responses will be issued by addendum to all parties that requested the RFP. The Town intends to award a contract to the responsible and responsive proposer submitting the most advantageous proposal, taking into consideration the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP and price. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, when such rejection is in the Town's best interest; to waive minor informalities; and to cancel this solicitation as permitted by law.
