Prevailing Wage Rates apply. All Bidders are required to submit a Bid Deposit. The amount of the Bid Deposit is dependent upon the type of work the Bidder is furnishing bid prices for. Required Bid Deposit(s) are as follows: $17,500 is required for bids submitted for Overhead Distribution Line Construction and Maintenance only (includes any Street Light Maintenance work), $15,000 is required for bids submitted for Overhead Transmission Line Construction and Maintenance only, $17,500 is required for bids submitted for Underground Line construction and Maintenance work only and $50,000 is required for bids submitted for all Overhead Distribution and Transmission and Underground Line Construction and Maintenance work. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory Payment Bond equal to 50% of the total estimated annual value of the contract awarded.
