The Avon Housing Authority (AHA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide 24-hour on-call as needed Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services at its housing development in Avon, Massachusetts. The work consists of Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services at the State-aided (EOHLC) public housing development owned/managed and operated by the Avon Housing Authority in Avon, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years.Electronic Bids will be received until December 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid).
