The purpose of this procurement is for the State Reclamation and Mosquito Control Board, SRB, to enter into contracts with multiple vendors that can provide area-wide aerial and-or ground mosquito control services and pesticide products as it deems necessary to increased risk to human health from mosquito-borne diseases including but not limited to, Eastern Equine Encephalitis-EEEv, West Nile Virus, Zika Virus, and any and all emerging mosquito-borne diseases that pose a threat to human health.

Amended March 24, 2021: Additions are highlighted in Yellow
- While not a requirement, amended RFR language seeks to clarify the possibility of Vendors being able to provide both adulticide and/or larvicide.
- Also, amended language for the clarification of additional pricing areas beyond just cost per acre.
- And additional equipment requirements.
- Existing Contracted Vendors do not need to rebid to this Amendment.
o Department representative will reach out directly, to review amended language to see if an adjustment to their existing Scope of Work would be needed.
