Provide a computer driven, off-site, high speed emergency telephone notification service. This service will have the ability to immediately start contacting designated lists/telephone numbers at the minimal rate of up to 3,000 per hour. The intent of this procurement is to be able to notify the public, staff, agencies, etc., to inform them of a particular emergency or any type of situation that needs to be spread quickly and accurately. The system can call multiple numbers at one time and can also notify personnel via pagers and cellular phones. The system is capable of receiving, processing and storing telephone numbers in its database. In the event of an emergency, authorized personnel will telephone the service provider to detail the situation, and specify the emergency message (either pre-recorded or created during the call) and identify the numbers to be called. Upon completion of the numbers called, a status report will be generated and faxed to the initiator and the Fiscal Office.
