The Bridgewater Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, invites Electronic Bids from qualified, licensed and insured Contractors to provide on-call Electrical Services at its housing developments in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The work consists of Electrical Repair and Preventative Maintenance Services at various State-aided (EOHLC) public housing developments owned/managed and operated by the Bridgewater Housing Authority in Bridgewater, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years. The Estimated Cost of Electrical Services Contract: $50,000.00. This project is being electronically bid. All bids must be prepared and submitted online through Projectdoc.com. Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available electronically at no cost on Projectdoc.com under Project ID #262665, beginning November 4, 2026.
